In the light of these developments, it is imperative and need of the hour to look into the extension management reforms, from varied perspectives. Specific strategies like mainstreaming gender, mobilizing SHGs, Watershed Management approaches and Cyber Extension initiatives have also created marked changes. In this context, a look at the international experiences would also unearth valuable lessons. Therefore, the “National Seminar on Extension Management Reforms - Initiatives and Impact” has been organized by the Society of Extension Education, with the following themes:
